“Only those who risk going too far can possilby find how far one can go.”

Born and raised in New Orleans. In 2005, I soon moved to Orlando to continue my education in Health Sciences.

I've had a very active childhood participating in a variety of sports. Thanks to my father, I started learning Judo at the age of five that eventually led to a 3rd place Junior Olympic title in 1996. I was also involved in baseball, tennis, racquetball, and football. When I was 12 years old, I started weight training and quickly noticed my performance in all sports significantly improved. This is when my passion for weight lifting began. This, in due course, led to me to competing in local power lifting competitions and soon becoming the 2004 Mr. New Orleans Bodybuilding Teenage Champion.

My passion for fitness knowledge grew as I continued weightlifting. In 1998, I started reading all fitness magazines and books I could get my hands on. My friends and family began asking me for advice, which I gladly shared. I became certified through American Fitness Professionals and Associates (AFPA) in Personal Training and Sport Nutrition Consulting. Over 10 years later I am still continuing my education in the health science field as a junior in college pursuing a bachelor degree in Kinesiology and Athletic Training.

Your goal may be to lose unwanted body fat, build muscle, become better at the sport of your choice, or even all three. I am currently training for weight lifting competitions and enjoy wake boarding and surfing for some weekend fun. I will always do my part with providing the knowledge and direction to get to your goals.
