The best part of having me as your fitness coach is knowing that you'll be getting a safe and efficient workout. Injury prevention is a building block for all of my workout programs. Once we have strengthened all the weak links, (you are only as strong as your weakest link) then your body will be balanced. From here we'll build and develop your ideal physique. I will always be at the gym for you, holding you accountable and motivating you to achieve the results that you want and deserve. Then soon after, you'll be looking and feeling great!

A Sport Nutrition Consultation is a way for you to learn ways of managing your nutrition to help you improve your fitness levels. We'll work together to create a plan that is easy for you. The first step in our sport nutrition consultation is to determine your fitness and health goals. This could simply mean needing to become stronger or faster. Another goal could be to lose body fat. A common goal for endurance athletes is to better their times or avoid fatigue. It is amazing how your nutrition can improve all of these areas of health and performance.

The second step is assessing your current nutrition and comparing that with your exercise routine. Finally, I'll give you the best options to improve the areas of nutrition that help you get to your specific goal(s). As a bonus, I will gladly answer any questions or clear up any misconceptions that you may have regarding nutrition.

What I’ll provide with Athletic Training

  • Develop the motor patterns needed for the movements involved in your particular sport
  • Teach you the fundamental exercises that you will use your entire athletic career
  • Increase speed and explosive power

When your base strength is developed, I'll teach you the fundamental strength and power lifts you will use your entire athletic career. Some of the lifts include the Squat, Bench Press, Clean and Jerk, Snatch, and the variations of the lifts. Functional training (training with a purpose) is an important part of my training program. The exercises will vary depending on your particular sport, but all will improve your balance, coordination, agility, speed, strength, and power.

With everything above you'll become the best athlete you can be! You'll notice you'll be able to run faster, jump higher, lift heavier weights, and stand out among other athletes!
